These Terms form an agreement between you and HireWiz Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Accounts

You must be 16+ to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your credentials current. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Candidates

Candidate accounts are free. You confirm that all certifications you upload are valid and held by you. Submitting forged or borrowed credentials is grounds for immediate removal and may be reported to the relevant scheme operator.

Employers

Employer accounts are paid (see Pricing). You agree job postings comply with UK employment law, contain no discriminatory content, and accurately describe the role and pay. Posting fake roles to harvest CVs is prohibited.

Fees

Fees are billed in advance. Per-job fees are non-refundable once a listing is published. Monthly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled from your dashboard.

Liability

HireWiz facilitates introductions; we are not party to any employment contract you enter via the platform. We're not liable for any loss arising from your decision to hire or accept work.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may terminate immediately for material breach.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England.
