HireWiz was founded in 2022 after our co-founders spent a decade running heating and electrical contracts across the North-West. The same problem kept surfacing: brilliant engineers were hard to verify, and recruitment fees were eating into margins.
We built HireWiz to fix both. Every candidate that goes live has had their core credentials checked manually. Every employer pays a flat fee — never a commission — so hiring great trades stays affordable as you scale.
Today we work with single-van limited companies, mid-size service firms and national contractors. Our mission is simple: make skilled-trade hiring fast, transparent and compliant by default.
