HireWiz aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across the platform. We test with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, and at 200% zoom.
What's accessible
All pages support keyboard navigation, semantic landmarks, descriptive link text and ARIA labels where helpful. Forms have associated labels and error messages.
Known limitations
Some PDF resources (CV templates) are not fully tagged. We're upgrading these and aim to have them all compliant by Q3 2025.
